a. Thornton Oil Corporation: #07-02596-C-1 (Knox)
Alan Miller: #07-02599-R-1 (Knox)
Knox County Board of Review was notified of each of the above appeals on 12-8-
09. A total of 90 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. The
BOR is requesting an additional 60 days to file evidence. Request states that the
BOR is in the middle of preparing for their 2009 hearings.
b. Edward Mills: #07-05314-R-1 (Jo Daviess)
Robert J. Beggin: #07-06058-R-1 (Jo Daviess)
Jo Daviess County Board of Review was notified of each of the above appeals in
September of 2009. A total of 120 days has been granted for the submission of
evidence. The BOR is requesting an additional 60 days to prepare evidence citing
over 500 BOR complaints for their office this year.
c. Commonwealth Edison Company: #08-02408-C-3 (Kane)
Kane County Board of Review was notified of the above filing on 11-25-09. A
total of 90 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. The BOR is
requesting an additional 120 days due to heavy filing of 2009 appeals. This is a
right-of-way appeal involving 17 parcels.
