The parties of record before the Property Tax Appeal Board are Lincolnwood Financial Center Partnership, the appellant, by attorney Ben Roth of the law firm of Kamensky & Rubenstein, of Lincolnwood, the Cook County Board of Review by Assistant State's Attorney Aaron Bilton, of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and Niles Township High School District 219, the intervenor, by attorney Michael Hernandez of the law firm of Franczek Sullivan, P.C., of Chicago.
Prior to the hearing the parties reached an agreement as to the correct assessment of the subject property. This assessment agreement was presented to and considered by the Property Tax Appeal Board.
