Notice is hereby given that the Commission in conference on March 10, 2010, GRANTED the Application for Rehearing regarding Rider ICR (baseline) of the City of Chicago, filed on February 19, 2010.
Notice is also given that the Commission in conference on March 10, 2010, GRANTED, in part and DENIED, in part the following:
Application for Rehearing of the Citizens Utility Board, filed on February 22, 2010 and
The People of the State of Illinois’ Application for Rehearing, filed on February 22, 2010.
The Applications for Rehearing were GRANTED regarding Rider ICR (baseline) and DENIED as to all other issues.
Notice is further given that the Commission in conference on March 10, 2010, DENIED the Application for Rehearing of North Shore Gas Company and the Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company, filed on February 19, 2010.
