The parties of record before the Property Tax Appeal Board are Bank One, the appellant, by attorney William J. Seitz of Fisk Kart Katz & Regan, Ltd., Chicago; the Cook County Board of Review; and the intervenors, Maine Township High School District #207 and Park Ridge-Niles Community Consolidated School District #64, by attorney Ares G. Prior to the hearing the parties reached an agreement as to the correct assessment of the subject property. This assessment agreement was presented to and considered by the Property Tax Appeal Board.
