Kane County Board of Review was notified of the above appeals on 1-11-10. A
total of 90 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. The BOR is
requesting an additional 90 days and for the two appeals to be consolidated.
Property is a vacant tract that is being marketed with an asking price of
$1,300,000.
