Petition for Withdrawal of Certificate of :

ORDER
By the Commission:
On November 23, 2010, ATX Licensing, Inc. (“Petitioner”) filed a Petition to withdraw its Certificate of Interexchange Service Authority and Certificate of Service Authority previously issued in Docket 04-0470.
Petitioner no longer provides telecommunications services to customers in Illinois, therefore discontinuance of service by Petitioner will not deprive Illinois customers of any necessary telecommunications service and is not otherwise contrary to the public interest.
No parties intervened in this proceeding. Since all facts necessary for the Commission to grant the relief requested are contained in the Petition, the Administrative Law Judge waived the hearing in this matter.
The Commission, having reviewed the entire record herein and being fully advised in the premises, is of the opinion and finds that:
(1) the Commission has jurisdiction over Petitioner and the subject matter herein;
(2) in Docket 04-0470, Petitioner was granted a Certificate of Interexchange Service Authority to provide facilities-based interexchange telecommunications services in Illinois and a Certificate of Service Authority to provide resold interexchange telecommunications services in Illinois;
(3) on November 23, 2010, Petitioner filed a Petition to withdraw its Certificate of Interexchange Service Authority and Certificate of Service Authority previously issued in Docket 04-0470;
(4) Petitioner no longer provides telecommunications services to customers in Illinois, therefore, discontinuance of service by Petitioner will not deprive Illinois customers of any necessary services and is not otherwise contrary to the public interest; thus the Petition should be granted; and
