Appellant originally filed with PTAB on 7-20-09. A total of 120 days has been
granted for the submission of evidence. Appellant is requesting an additional

Jackson County Board of Review was notified of the above appeal on 9-10-10. A
total of 90 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. The BOR is
