In each of the above appeals, the appellant originally filed with PTAB on February 11, 2010. A total of 90 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. Each appellant is requesting an additional 90 days for the completion of an appraisal. Letter from appraiser (4-1-11) sites difficulty finding comparable properties and an estimated appraisal completion dates of 7-05-11 and 7-17-11.
b. Amcore Investment Group Trust 78-6898: #09-03126-C-3 (Winnebago)
The above appellant originally filed with PTAB on 4-1-10. A total of 90 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. Appellant is requesting an additional 90 days for the completion of an appraisal. Letter from appraiser (4-1-11) sites difficulty in finding sales comparables and an estimated appraisal completion date of 7-21-11.
c. Marquis Energy LLC: #09-00880-C-3 (Putnam)
Appellant originally filed with PTAB on 2-17-10. A total of 90 days has been granted for the submission of evidence. Appellant is requesting an additional 90 days for parties to continue discussions for streamlining the valuation of the property. Property is improved with an industrial complex and part of the issue is the classification of machinery and equipment as real property. Appellant has requested a reduction from $42,996,773 to $10,396,773.
