(OBWD) Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Resource Centers
provide minority and women-owned businesses with the following:
• Assistance with DBE certification
• Workshops on contracting opportunities
• Access to bidding information
• On-site computer lab
• Available staff to assist you
