Appellant originally filed with PTAB on 8-6-07. Our
office has granted a total of 90 days to submit
evidence with the latest extension expiring on 8-10-
08. The file was dismissed on 10-10-08 due to lack of
evidence in the file and a response not received after
latest extension. By letter dated 10-21-08, the
appellant is requesting that the appeal be reinstated
stating that they did deliver evidence and that it was
mailed on Monday, 8-11-08. Attached is a receipt from
the post office confirming that certified mail was
received and signed for by our office on 8-14-08.
Also attached to this reinstatement request is a copy
of the evidence the appellant claims was mailed to our
office.
