a. RFMS, Inc.: #06-02426-C-3 (Bureau)
Bureau County Board of Review was notified of the
above filing on 2-21-08. PTAB has granted a total of
150 days to the Board of Review with the latest
extension expiring on 10-20-08. Requesting an
unspecified amount of time for the Department of
Revenue to comply with their statutory obligation of
preparing an appraisal. Request also states that
there is an outstanding 2007 appeal on record for this
property and the BOR wishes that the appeals be
combined awaiting the DOR appraisal. BOR failed to
submit any documentation from the DOR indicating that
an appraisal is in the process of being completed.
Property is a nursing home.

Kane County Board of Review was notified of the above
filing on 2-21-08. PTAB has granted a total of 120
days with the latest extension being a Final extension

additional 90 days for submission of evidence as it
prepares their case with the intervener, Geneva Comm.
