Commonwealth Edison Company: #06-01964-C-3 (DuPage)
In each of the above appeals, DuPage County was
notified of filings on 4-14-08. PTAB has granted the
county a total of 90 days. DuPage County is
requesting
an additional 90 days or until 11-4-08 to submit an
updated appraisal for each file.
b. The Lakes at Waterford: #07-02969-C-3 (Kane)
The above appellant filed on 4-8-08. PTAB has granted
a total of 90 days. Requesting an additional 90 days
for the completion and submission of a new appraisal.
Letter from appellant indicates that all parties are
in negotiations to settle the 2005 and 2006 cases now
pending with a hearing scheduled 10-17-08. The
outcome of these negotiations might eliminate the need
of further evidence.
