The Child Nutrition and Women,
Infants, and Children Reauthorization
Act of 2004—Impact on School-Based
Child Nutrition Program Sponsors
Public Law 108-265, the Child Nutrition and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Reauthorization Act of 2004 made a number of changes to the following Child
Nutrition Programs: National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, Special
Milk Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, and Summer Food Service Program.
