Part 305 of the School
Food Service Rules
On Thursday, March 16, 2006, the
Illinois State Board of Education
adopted Part 305 of the School Food
Service Rules. Notice of the adopted rules
has been submitted to the Joint Committee
on Administrative Rules (JCAR) to initiate
JCAR’s review. When that process is
complete, the adopted rules will be filed
with the Secretary of State. The Nutrition
Programs Division will continue to keep
you updated.
