ADMINISTRATION
Annual Financial Report Required for Child and Adult Care Food Program for Fiscal Year 2005
All CACFP sponsors will be required to complete the new Annual Financial Report (AFR). AFR will document the income and expenses for the fiscal year of October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005. AFR is a culmination of the information collected each month on the Monthly Profit/Loss Statement.
AFR will be completed on Child Nutrition Application and Claim Entry System (ACES) after September 30 but before December 15 each year. AFR will be accessible through the links on the Sponsor Application. The December claim for meal reimbursement will not be accepted until AFR has been submitted.
For a preview of AFR, attend one of the Annual CACFP Workshops during July 2005.
