INSURANCE DISCOUNT
Discounts on liability insurance premi-ums
are available to eligible drivers
age 55 and over upon successful com-pletion
of a Defensive Driving Program
approved by the Secretary of State’s
office.
PHOTO ID PROGRAM
An official Illinois photo ID card may be
obtained through the Secretary of
State’s office. The free, non-expiring ID
card is available to persons age 65 and
over and to persons with disabilities.
The card may be obtained at any
Driver Services facility or mobile photo
ID unit throughout the state.
RULES OF THE ROAD COURSE
A free Rules of the Road Review Course
is offered statewide to people taking
the driver's license examination.
Veterans' organizations are encouraged
to sponsor these classes for members
and their families.
