number on 2-19-08. A total of 90 days has been
granted by PTAB with the latest expiring on 6-22-08.
Requesting an additional unspecified amount of time to
allow contracted appraiser to inspect property.
b. Crescent Ridge, LLC: #05-01408-I-3 (Bureau)
Bureau County was notified of the above docket number
on 1-23-08. A total of 90 days has been granted by
PTAB with the latest expiring on 4-26-08. On 5-20-08,
Bureau County submitted an additional 90 day extension
request to review and retain expert testimony or
