due to additional criminal activities against the

The appellant has had 480 days to submit evidence.
Originally filed with PTAB on 3-3-06. Requesting an
additional 90 days until after the 2003 and 2004 cases
are decided by PTAB. Counsel for both parties have
indicated that discussions about the possibility of a
settlement has taken place.
