The parties of record before the Property Tax Appeal Board (PTAB)

The subject property consists of 125-year-old, three-story,

On the basis of this evidence, the appellant requested a
reduction in the total assessment to $49,500, or, in the
alternative, no more than $49,450, based upon the median level of
assessment.
The board of review submitted "Board of Review Notes on Appeal"
wherein the subject's total assessment of $56,623, was disclosed.
